Scope of application:
The pipeline type iron remover is a high-performance automatic
magnetic separation equipment, which can be widely used in cement,
electricity, ceramics, bricks and tiles, chemicals, food, glass,
metallurgy, steel and other industries. It is an iron removal
equipment for material purification and ensuring the safe operation
of subsequent equipment.
Mainly used in the cement industry: iron removal of coarse powder
after powder selection by the powder selector and fine powder
before entering the mill after pre-crushing of clinker to prevent
iron particles from accumulating in the mill, thereby improving the
production efficiency of the mill and the specific surface area of
cement. Iron removal before the cement canning process can
automatically clean and discharge the iron impurities mixed in the
cement to ensure stable production operation.
Structural features:
RCGZ series pipeline permanent magnetic automatic iron remover
consists of three parts: pipeline body, drive device, and magnet
operating device. The drive device is installed on the pipeline
wall, and the magnet operating device of the magnetic separation
cavity in the pipeline body is driven by the sprocket and chain to
operate. The permanent magnet discharges the ferromagnetic
substances mixed in the material in the pipeline out of the
pipeline through the iron outlet.
Working Principle:
The iron remover is connected in series in the material conveying
pipeline with an inclination of 45-75 degrees. When the material
flows through the iron remover, the ferromagnetic material in it is
adsorbed on the stainless steel pipe wall of the pipeline iron
remover, and gradually slides toward the iron outlet with the
movement of the permanent magnet to separate from the material. At
the iron outlet, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic
attraction because the permanent magnet moves away in the direction
of the circular motion, and is discharged from the iron outlet
under the action of gravity, realizing the automatic iron removal
of the material.

reduction motor, and the transmission adopts a precision roller
